Over the past 20+ years, I have worked across enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, AI and customer success, including serving as Head of Customer Success APJ for IBM’s Hybrid Integration portfolio across 11 countries.

Commercial and technical foundation

I hold an MBA with Distinction from Monash University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science with Distinction from RMIT University, combining commercial strategy with technical literacy.

I also host Unfiltered Decisions — conversations with founders, operators, investors, and enterprise leaders on ambition, pivots, software adoption, customer growth, leadership, and strategic decision-making.
